Getting in touch

imageAfter an extended ‘phone conversation with a lady in Calcutta, a BT engineer called today, climbed his ladder and fixed the temporary loss of  my landline and my broadband in half an hour.  Good service after a shaky start with the dreaded call centres and thanks to the engineer who got on with the job despite the rain and the cold.

This means I am now available again on my own landline number which is 01295 811257.

I have been able to maintain my e-mails and blogging, using my second Broadband line which was not affected.
